REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on all services within 10 days of purchase date.

DELIVERY POLICY
Your subscription services is delivered online immediately up on your subscription.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since most subscription is monthly based, you can cancel your services anytime. For annual payment plan, we will refund pro rated from the date we receive your written notice of termination of unscubscribing and stop using our services.

All refund will be sent to original payment methods, less transaction fees charged by third party.

Further,

  1. The maximum refund will not exceed total direct payment we received from a customer within last pay period, minus all incurred cost.

  2. We are not responsible for actions and consequences of outages out of our control (eg internet downtime or third party data center services) and/or user mistakes.

  3. Privacy is essential for data services and we comply with privacy laws. Customers are responsible to comply with all applicable laws for their use of the services.
